Iranian financial scammer Iman Ghiasi

29-year-old Iranian Iman Ghiasi applied several blows finance in Kaliningrad city of Russia. Iman was a medical student at the Baltic Federal University, and he is on the run, and maybe you are also a victim of it.

He was always well dressed, and with great power of persuasion, he wore only branded clothes and luxurious cars, but what nobody knew, is that everything was bought with the money of the victims, many of whom were students or small local businesses.

After getting close to people, Iman gained trust, making friends, inviting people to dinners and parties with plenty of food and alcohol, always wanting to prove to be a financially successful person.

The technique he used was always the same, after creating an affinity with the victim he would borrow money and return the money in few days with a small percentage of benefits.




What nobody knew is that Iman had a large cycle of friendships, and that he did this simultaneously with everyone. the money he returned was the same money he took from the next victim, creating a vicious cycle, and creating an almost incalculable debt. People lent money because initially he returned it with a small percentage (5 to 10%), and soon after when the person he came to believe that he was trustworthy he asked for ever-increasing sums.

In the city Kaliningrad in Russia between 2019 and 2023 he bought luxury cars and several apartments, all with money from students and small traders that he got to know over time, these properties and vehicles he used to show that he was well succeeded, but he never worked in his life. Using material goods acquired with money from innocent people, Iman convinced more victims to lend money, even that one hour his financial pyramid collapsed, and left several people in misery.

Many students have had difficulty to survive in Russia and to pay for their studies and housing, as Iman never paid back, small businesses had to close their establishments and declared bankruptcy after being deceived by the 29-year-old Iranian named Iman. Iman is on the run, and cannot return to Iran as he is also wanted for several coups in his home country between 2011 and 2017.

The apartment where he lived in Kaliningrad is closed, the owner of the property reported that he is missing, and left debts huge rent and water, electric and gas bills.
